Every great cup of coffee has a story, and Bean is no exception.Co’s began right here in Minnesota back in 2010. It all started in White Bear Lake, at the corner of Belair and County Road E., where an old gas station was transformed into a cozy European-style café. The goal? To bring a taste of Europe home, from French crepes to smooth, locally roasted coffee that quickly won the hearts of the locals. And people noticed Bean.Co became a neighborhood favorite, even featured on Twin Cities Live multiple times! Over the years, the menu evolved, adding Euro Toasties, house-baked croissants, and flavors inspired by Eastern Europe and France. Bean.Co Café proudly is Minnesota-born, European-inspired, and brewed for dreamers who love to Carpe Diem with every sip!
